I would like to let you know how much I enjoyed and learned from your recent “Light up Your Life” program. There are numerous features that I found beneficial and the results that I experienced in such a short time were amazing. (Eg. less than 4 hours of sleep per night to 8 hours of restful sleep per night 😀). I feel and look so much better, happier and healthier.
- The short videos were ‘bite sized’ clips of information that were easy to digest.
- The suggested changes were vital, yet easy enough to implement into daily life.
- Live Q&A’s gave us a chance to sort out any concerns, connect with others and inspire us to keep moving forward on our healing journey.

Holy crap! This stuff really works. For the last month, I have been doing an online course with Emmanuela Spirovski on utilizing light to rebalance your body. I figured that what she was asking of me was not major changes, the cost of the course was reasonable and she wasn’t trying to sell me any products.
So, I guess I should start with what I wanted to adjust. I have hyperthyroidism and I also had some baby weight that I wanted to lose. The hyperthyroidism was my main concern - at 43, having a baby and still recovering from my AAA last year, the belly and back fat were less of a worry. I could accept that my body had changed and I would never be fit again (I was wrong…but we will get to that).
I have been on thyroid medication since 2016 and was told I would never get off them. I refused to accept that and have worked on the physical, emotional and spiritual reasons for hyperthyroidism and have had improvements but have never been able to get below a pill a day. Any time I went below one pill a day, my numbers would rapidly go backwards. I just couldn’t get that last little bit to balance.
Even though my numbers were still off in January, I made a decision to lower my meds anyway to one pill one day and half a pill the next. I did this knowing I would be taking Emmanuela’s course and hoping this would be the final step.
The first results I noticed - Liam began sleeping better at night. This change literally occurred within 2 days of doing the most basic aspects of the course.
Next, my baby weight slid off, all while eating more food. I could suddenly fit in my pre-pregnancy jeans again. Thank god! I didn’t want to spend money on new jeans when the ones I had were still perfectly good. It was just my body that wasn’t healthy any more.
My test results just came in for my thyroid levels. They are at the levels that used to require 2 pills a day at my healthiest point (I was on 8 a day when I first started treating it). And they improved WITH a reduction in my meds. Normally my blood work gets worse before it improves when I lower my meds. This time, it was just improvement.
I will be asking my endocrinologist when she calls about the results if I can go off them. In the meantime, I have lowered it again to a half pill a day.

If you are suffering from excessive weight or under weight, high cholesterol, thyroid issues (hyper or hypo), hormone imbalances or sleep disturbances, reach out to Emmanuela. Not everyone will see changes this quickly (it’s only been a month for me), but I believe in her work fully! And what she asks of you can’t hurt you. It’s not extreme diet changes or lifestyle changes that could cause harm. It is simple changes that can’t hurt to try - so why not give it a go?
